NSW: Psychiatrist to see woman accused of murdering toddler

A woman accused of murdering her infant son .. whose body was found in a suitcase dumped in a Sydney pond .. will be examined by a psychiatrist before returning to court.
RACHEL PFITZNER's made a brief appearance in the New South Wales Supreme Court today .. where her lawyer said the psychiatrist report's expected in February.
The 27-year-old's charged with murdering two-year-old DEAN SHILLINGSWORTH .. whose body was found in a suitcase pulled from a duck pond at Ambarvale .. in Sydney's south west .. in October last year.
Justice GRAHAM BARR adjourned the case to the arraignment list on March 6.
